Telegram और Discord

"StopNCII" की सीमा

महत्वपूर्ण चेतावनी: StopNCII.org टूल AI द्वारा बनाई गई छवियों (डीपफेक) के लिए काम नहीं करता है। यह केवल असली (real) तस्वीरों के लिए काम करता है क्योंकि यह किसी फ़ाइल के सटीक 'डिजिटल हैश' पर निर्भर होता है। यदि छवि नकली है तो StopNCII पर निर्भर न रहें।

विकल्प चुनें: "A nonconsensual intimate image of me or someone else appears in Bing search results" (Bing खोज परिणामों में मेरी सहमति के बिना मेरी अंतरंग छवि दिखाई देती है), और उस बॉक्स पर टिक करें जो यह बताता है कि यह कृत्रिम/AI जनरेटेड (synthetic) है।

सोशल मीडिया पर रिपोर्टिंग

Instagram, Reddit, और TikTok जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म डीपफेक को बिल्कुल असली NCII की तरह ही मानते हैं। ऊपर दिए गए "सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स" के लिंक का ही उपयोग करें, लेकिन रिपोर्ट दर्ज करते समय ये ज़रूरी बात जोड़ें:

Google Search

DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, आदि

अधिकांश अन्य खोज इंजन (जैसे DuckDuckGo और Yahoo) Bing और Google के सर्च इंडेक्स द्वारा ही संचालित होते हैं। Bing और Google से सफलतापूर्वक सामग्री को हटाने से यह धीरे-धीरे इन अन्य इंजनों से भी अपने आप हट जाएगी।

भारतीय शिकायत अधिकारी को नोटिस (IT नियम 2021)

IT नियम 2021 के नियम 3(2)(b) के तहत, शिकायत मिलने के 24 घंटों के भीतर प्लेटफार्मों (सोशल मीडिया) को आंशिक/पूर्ण नग्नता (nudity) या यौन कृत्यों को दिखाने वाली छवियों को हटाना अनिवार्य है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के नीति (Policy) पृष्ठों पर "शिकायत अधिकारी" (Grievance Officer) का ईमेल ढूंढें।

I demand that you immediately disable access to and permanently delete this content within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in me escalating this matter to law enforcement and seeking legal remedies against your hosting service.

अपराधी को 'सीज़ और डेसिस्ट' चेतावनी (Cease and Desist)

यदि आप जानते हैं कि सामग्री कौन वितरित कर रहा है और आपके पास उन्हें सुरक्षित रूप से संदेश देने का तरीका है, तो यह कतई-सख्त चेतावनी (warning) उन्हें रोक सकती है। (यदि वे पहले से हिंसक हो रहे हों तो इसका इस्तेमाल न करें, सीधे पुलिस के पास जाएं)।

This is a formal Cease and Desist notice. 

You are currently in possession of, and actively distributing, intimate photos/videos of me without my consent. This is a severe criminal offense under the Information Technology Act (Sections 66E, 67, 67A) and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

You must immediately:
1. Delete all copies of this material from all your devices.
2. Stop sending or threatening to send this material to anyone.
3. Remove it from any platform where you have already uploaded it.

I have already preserved all evidence of your threats and uploads, including timestamps and screenshots. If you do not comply immediately, I will hand this evidence directly to the Cyber Crime Police and pursue maximum legal action against you, which can include imprisonment and heavy fines.

Do not contact me again except to confirm that all materials have been permanently destroyed.
